Request to enable "Public API Endpoints" permission for personal organization (original) (raw)

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to use the free NVIDIA NIM APIs via build.nvidia.com for a personal non-commercial project. However, when I attempt to generate an API key, I receive the following error:

“You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization. Switch Orgs or contact your admin.”

After reviewing similar community threads, it appears my personal organization is missing the “Public API Endpoints” permission.

My account details:

• Registered Email: [zh2847125776@gmail.com]
• Organization Name: [my claw]
• API Key Prefix: nvapi-

Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my personal organization? I need access to the free NIM endpoints (DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM, etc.) for development and testing.

I am also getting the same “403 Forbidden” error. Does NVIDIA team resolved your error?
