Lump Breakers

Lump breakers are the ideal and most common de-agglomeration applications, and where flowability is the goal. Fresco lump breakers are used for the size reduction equipment of choice for processing large, blocky and/or abrasive materials. They are also available with the retention and sizing reducing screen as an option.

Ranging in sizes from small scale to heavy duty industrial, in carbon steel, stainless steel or food grade stainless steel. The Fresco lump breaker is available with standard or customized hammer & comb design, tailored to maximize efficiency for individual applications. Various rotor speeds are available to optimize performance on a selection of materials reducing dry and/or hardened agglomerates to a flowable end product.
