C 9 H 26 Cl 3 N 3 , monoclinic, P12 1 /m1 (no. 11), a = 5.731(2) Å, b = 23.055(2) Å, c = 6.001(3)... more C 9 H 26 Cl 3 N 3 , monoclinic, P12 1 /m1 (no. 11), a = 5.731(2) Å, b = 23.055(2) Å, c = 6.001(3) Å, b = 107.58(2)°, V = 755.9 Å 3 , Z = 2, R gt (F) = 0.071, wR ref (F) = 0.145, T = 296 K. Source of material An ethalonic 1,1,4,7,7-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) solution (5 mmol, in 10 ml) was added to an aqueous HCl solution (1 M, 15 ml) at room temperature. Stable single crystals with suitable dimensions for X-ray analysis, grew after some days of solvent evaporation. Experimental details Refinement in the space-group P12 1 1 (no. 4) leads to unacceptable results (C-C, C-N distances, U eq , R and wR). The R high value is probably due to the poor quality of crystals.

La destruction chimique de toxines organophosphores paraoxon et parathion a ete realisee en milie... more La destruction chimique de toxines organophosphores paraoxon et parathion a ete realisee en milieu micellaire d'abord par l'emploi d'une nouvelle serie de nucleophiles a effet alpha et a fonction oxime, acide hydroxamique ou hydrazide renfermant un systeme cage, l'adamante, puis par des composes oxydants et/ou a chlore positif, et enfin, au moyen d'agents reducteurs tels que les borohydrures stables en milieux aqueux. En optimisant les conditions operatoires, des facteurs d'acceleration des reactions de destruction de 40 a 100 ont ete observes avec ces nouvelles structures, ce qui correspond a des temps de demi-reaction de l'ordre de 1 a 2 minutes au lieu de 40 minutes a plusieurs heures avec les decontaminants conventionnels

Magnetic ferrite (Mg-doped bismuth ferrite) and its clay-based composite (Mg-doped bismuth ferrit... more Magnetic ferrite (Mg-doped bismuth ferrite) and its clay-based composite (Mg-doped bismuth ferrite-bentonite) were prepared by self-combustion method utilizing glycine as fuel and served for the removal of methyl orange (MO) from aqueous solutions. The ferrite-based adsorbents were characterized by the measurement of specific surface area (BET), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD). The different experimental parameters that affect the performance of this reaction such as: temperature, contact time, initial dye concentration and mass of adsorbent were investigated. The point of zero charge pH (pHPZC) was determined for the two adsorbents. Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models were employed to provide a description of the equilibrium isotherms.
