Fair To Midland Accident Donations Link	[14 Jan 2010|12:03am]
Hey friends,I'm not sure if you heard about the accident that Fair to Midland was in this past weekend. On the way home from a showcase in LA at the Troubadour the band's van blew a tire, went out of control and rolled. It was pretty bad but no one was seriously hurt. The van, trailer and gear were not so lucky. To help replace everything that was destroyed we are taking donations and holding a couple benefit concerts. Very Bad News	[13 Jan 2010|12:40am]
[ **mood** | distressed ] The boys were in a very bad accident over the weekend.Their tour bus had a tire blow out,and it rolled over,9 times.....in the Arizona desert.Jon had to be airlifted to the hospital,there are photos of Cliff with blood all over his face..This is beyond upsetting.Word is,everyone *is* OK,but the bus,and all their equipment ,was totally demolished.A couple of bands are doing benefits for them.I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a fund raiser ?I'm going to try to get a paypal address for them,and you can send money if you want.How does that sound ?

Hello hello!I'm a little late on this, because I'm a bit of a nimrod and didn't even think of posting a report, but crystalplumage's post made me think of it, so... if it's okay with you all, I've got one!I went to the April 5th show in Maplewood, Minnesota. And it was absolutely AMAZING. I had such a great time!Anyway, forgive me if this report kinda sucks a lot, it's been awhile since I've written a report for a community, so I hope I haven't filled it with incoherent babble or useless pointless info. I tried to keep it short and to the point ^^ But... I never do succeed with that. So it's a bit long and rambly, sorry! **( Read more...Collapse )**So, again, sorry if that got a little long or pointless, I'm not used to making reports for communities as opposed to just myself. Lemme know if I need to clarify anything, or if I should just stop writing reports altogether xD(also, are there any more Midwest fans here? And who else went to shows? Details!)

[ **mood** | content ] Of the show in upstate NY last night. It was a short set,but they did the new Rikki Tikki Tavi song,as well as mostof the old faves.Kyla,Vice Verse,Manatee....she couldn't remember the entire set.I,unfortunately couldn't go because of work obligations.Sadly,not a lot of people turned out for them. *sad eyes*They won't be back this way for another 8 mos or so,as they have to finish upthe new CD. Everyone was good,and Andrew has looonnng flowing hair now.I miss them for sure.xxooM
