Hipotesis yang diusulkan adalah apakah: a) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap motivasi kerja, b) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kepuasan kerja, c) terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja, d) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, e) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, f) terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa jalur/ Path Analysis untuk mendapatkan jalur-jalur yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih dengan sampel 142 responden dengan respondennya adalah perawat pelaksana. Metode perawatan tali pusat sangat bervariasi mulai dari perawatan secara modern menggunakan baha... more Metode perawatan tali pusat sangat bervariasi mulai dari perawatan secara modern menggunakan bahan antiseptik, dan perawatan secara tradisional menggunakan Air Susu Ibu (ASI), minyak ghee (India) madu dll. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Efektivitas Perawatan Tali Pusat Dengan Metode Terbuka, Kolostrum dan Asi Pada Bayi Baru Lahir Terhadap Lamanya Pelepasan Tali Pusat di Klinik Bidan Praktek Mandiri Jakarta Selatan. Design penelitian ini menggunakan design quasi experiment , dengan metode post test only nonequivalent control group . Sampel penelitian berjumlah 16 orang, untuk masing-masing metode. Analisa data menggunakan uji Paired T-test dan Independent T-test . Nilai uji Independent T-test selisih antara kelompok metode ASI dan kelompok metode terbuka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai p-value yaitu 0,023 (< alpha = 0,05). Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeti... more Nursing service quality is a process of activities carried out by the nursing profession in meeting the needs of patients in maintaining the condition in terms of the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the patient. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to the quality of nursing services in the inpatient room of RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2020. This study used cross sectional. The sample of the study were 353 respondent which used two proporsion different test. The instrument of this study used valid and realible questionnaire. For testing Bivariat used Chi-square test while multivariat testing used double logistic regration. the result of this study of caring research, nurse competence, inpatient care facilities, knowledge, and costs p-value 0.049 <0.05 which indicated that there was any significant correlation toward quality of nursing services. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the quality of nursing services before a... more The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the quality of nursing services before and after orientation with the preceptorship and mix staffing methods at Pasar Minggu South Jakarta Hospital 2018. This research method is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental research type with pre and post with control group design. The results showed that statistically there were differences between the quality of nursing services before and after the intervention intervention of the preceptorship and mix staffing methods (p <0.05). The analysis also showed that there were differences in the quality of nursing services in the control group from the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th observations (p <0.05). The conclusion of this research is the orientation of the preceptorship and mix staffing methods is very potential in improving the quality of nursing services in hospitals. This supervision supports the one who is supervised to improve self-awareness and professional development in the implementation of patient safety goals. The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of reflective interactive supervision model toward the implementation of patient safety goals. The method used is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest with control group design. There were 24 subjects in interventions and 24 subjects in control group. Data were taken using a proportional stratified random sample. The data were analyzed by using chi-square, independent sample t-test, paired sample t-test, Pearson correlation, and general linear model repeated measure was used for multivariate analysis.
