Fujifilm has an enviable reputation when it comes to quality and after sales support, and with FUJIFILM Professional Services (FPS) we aim to support you in your work as a professional photographer.

Sign up today to ensure your FUJIFILM equipment is kept in perfect working order. And in the unlikely event of something going wrong, you’ll be given priority treatment to put it right.

Your GFX kit will be fixed in just two working days. Everything else will be ready in three working days.*

If we can’t repair your camera within our deadlines, we’ll offer you a loan camera until yours is ready to go again.

Once a year, our FUJIFILM experts will fully check and clean two pieces of your kit, completely free of charge.

Send your kit to us safely and securely using our prepaid packaging. We’ll send it back to you free of charge, too.

Save 15% on any repairs that are not covered by the standard FUJIFILM warranty.

Qualifying X Series and GFX Products*

FUJIFILM Professional Services is free for all Professional Photographers / Videographers who register at least one qualifying X Series / GFX camera body and a qualifying XF/GF lens. You will also be asked to prove you are a full time working professional Photographer / Videographer.
