STRIKE [Mar. 21st, 2006|03:47 pm]Georgian College
I was just wondering how everyone is coping with the strike. What are you doing to keep busy? What are your plans for when/if you go back? Will the strike mess up anything for you in your immediate future? (IE: summer placement, etc)Your thoughts?

out of curiosity... [Sep. 6th, 2005|08:14 pm]Georgian College
Is anyone here interested in meeting up on-campus at a particular time?I know that it might be hard due to conflicting schedules, but right now I think it'd be cool if anyone wanted to. I don't know my way around too well, yet, and so far I like the library commons. At least that part is easy for me to find. So, comments? ideas? Oh, also, events coming up? I'm thinking of going for the boat cruise if I can find the SAC office.. hmm..

Since no one's said anything yet... [Jun. 3rd, 2005|05:04 pm]Georgian College
[**Current Mood** |curiouscurious]I'll start. So, I think its time for an introduction; What program are you studying? What year are you in?Living in residence? off-residence?Like it? Don't like it?Future plans?I'm 20, female, and I'm starting Graphic Design this coming September, it's my first year. I'm moving to Barrie from Whitby (East of Toronto, near Oshawa). I'll be staying in the on-campus residence for the year. I'm rather apprehensive about meeting others and the like, and from my prior visits to the college campus, I have to say I really like the atmosphere. I hope it'll be a fun year. :)
