Sample: 50 male students who studied in GGV, Bilaspur (CG), age ranged 20-25 years were randomly selected to take part in the present study. Methodology: To measure aerobic capacity Cooper's 12 minute run/walk test was used. Breath holding capacity measured manually, time recorded in seconds in best of two trails. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship of aerobic capacity and positive breath holding capacity. Result: Our results indicated there was a significant relationship of aerobic capacity and positive breath holding capacity among the students.

The subjects for this study were randomly selected. A total of 90 students (30 from Science, 30 Physical Education and 30 Commerce) were selected as a subject for this study. To assess the self-confidence of the students, Agnihotri's Self-confidence Inventory (ASCI) developed by Rekha was used. One way ANOVA test was performed for comparison among groups at the 0.05 level of significance. The results indicate that the significant difference was found among different discipline of college male students in relation to self-confidence (p<0.05). On the basis of findings it was concluded that the mean score of aggression of science students (89.17) is more than the physical education and commerce students and the mean score of self-confidence of physical education students (27.57) is more than the science and commerce students.

A sample of 64 (32 Govt. School Teachers and 32 Pvt. School teacher) physical education teachers of secondary schools in Allahabad district (U.P) were taken as sample on the basis of random sampling method. The Occupational Stress Index (OSI) by A.K. Srivastava and A.P. Singh. (1983) Hindi/English was used in the present study. The analysis was done by adopting statistical mean, âtâ ratio. Findings of the study, it was concluded that the significant difference was found between physical education teachers of Government schools and private schools (t= 8.20, p<0.05). At the end of the study it was seen that Government schools teachers have mild stress levels and private schools teachers have moderate stress levels.
