Traditional perspectives on decolonization, particularly how European states like France and Brit... more Traditional perspectives on decolonization, particularly how European states like France and Britain viewed and analyzed through during the history is vulnerable to find out the Ottomans' sample's elements of decolonization from the past. This paper encourages moving beyond Eurocentric perspectives on decolonization and adopting a more inclusive, globalized approach. It emphasizes the interconnectedness of decolonization processes across different regions and suggests that understanding these processes requires considering both European and local perspectives on behalf of experience of Ottoman Empire's experience in middle age era in decolonization. Decolonial movements are not merely about political independence but encompasses economic, cultural, and social liberation, as well. It calls for a comprehensive approach that integrates restitution, representation, and respect for all cultural heritage. This transformative process aims to restore agency to marginalized communities and ensure that they have the facilities which are necessary to chart their self destinies.

Ökotourismus ist die mit dem Tourismus verbundene Dimension, in der die Leuteunserer Zeit eng mit... more Ökotourismus ist die mit dem Tourismus verbundene Dimension, in der die Leuteunserer Zeit eng mit der Natur schon für eine kurze Zeit sind und wenn möglich siedie Zeit mit der ursprünglichen lokalen Kultur zu verbringen wünschen. Anderer-seits ist der Ökotourist ein Reisender, der hat den Grundsatz der Nutzung beiderechten Werte, ohne ihnen fast nie zu schaden. Außerdem ist es notwendig, dass dieMehrheit der touristischen Einheiten, die gebildet werden, lokal bleiben, um einetouristiche Aktivität als Ökotourismus zu nennen. Ökotourismus ist auch eine sehrwichtige Quelle für die türkische Ökonomie. Hierzu sind 40 Nationalparks, 31 Na-turschutzbereiche, 184 Naturparks, 107 Natürliche Denkmäler, 80 Tierweltenver-besserungsbereiche, 58 Wälder und 1273 Natürliche Plätze vom Allgemeinen Di-rektorat des Naturschutzes und den Nationalparks des Ministeriums derForstwirtschaft und Wasserangelegenheiten Inventur gemacht worden; 16 spezielleUmweltschutzbereiche, 14 Ramsar Seiten, 1 Biosphärereserve und 11 Weltkultu-rerbe; es ist nicht immer möglich zu sagen, dass insgesamt 1815 natürliche gesc-hützte Bereiche völlig verwertet worden sind. In diesem Artikel fassen wir die Er-gebnisse zusammen, die wir im Zusammenhang des Profils des Ökotourists, Öko-tourismusverständnisses und der Ökotourismuserwartungen in der Türkei in unse-rer Überblicksstudie erhalten haben, die wir in den sozialen Mediaplattformen mit der Teilnahme von der hauptsächlichen 509 Universitätsabsolventen und - studenten von der 27 Provinzen der Türkei dargestellt haben.

Social media is now a widespread daily-used communication way. Therefore it is indispensable to a... more Social media is now a widespread daily-used communication way. Therefore it is indispensable to avoid its influence on leadership processes. This paper will investigate whether or not there is a link in between social media usage of CEOs and their followers' profiles. For this purpose the results of related survey was analyzed using a SPPS packet programme. The participants of this survey come from different countries and this enables a more global outcome. It was found that there are some differences about the affects of social media usage of CEOs on their followers, who are from different sociodemographic backgrounds. Recommendations were given to CEOs based on the findings of this study.

Tourism and marketing of the places becoming more important recently as economically. Countries that are looking for higher incomes from the tourism industry should follow new outputs of the recent studies in the related topic. Destinations are becoming more important than in previous times. Regarding this, it seemed to be necessary to find out the potential in the field of this study interestingly in tourism marketing subject. The effect of foreign tourists, who have already visited Trabzon, are searching for tourism mentalisation of Trabzon. The destination image of Trabzon will be revelead in the eyes of foreign tourists who are mainly from Arab countries, and the facilities of Trabzon will be released to be well known. The essential suggestions for sustainable Arab tourism of Trabzon will be output of the interested PhD dissertation.

Companies continue their operations under rapidly changing conditions and significant uncertainti... more Companies continue their operations under rapidly changing conditions and significant uncertainties in today's business environment. Faced with this ongoing change, businesses must constantly push themselves toward innovation and seek ways to cope with intense competition. Consequently, to sustain their existence, firms must anticipate environmental changes and strive for competitive advantage in a strong competitive environment. This situation appears to be contingent upon the ability to compete and achieve superiority. Today, achieving competitive advantage for businesses relies on making the right strategic choices. The strategy aims to control changes in a competitive economic environment by fostering innovation, progress, and alignment with the environment. Over the past 50 years, there has been increasing interest in strategy studies from a wide and diverse range of circles. Universities have opened numerous courses on strategy and related topics, with a growing number of academics and researchers conducting studies in this area. Managers and consultants are also increasingly inclined to adopt a more strategic perspective on managerial issues in the business world.
