Hi All!
Thanks for letting me join this community! I just ran across the Girl Talk books a little while ago, and am now hopelessly addicted.
I'm Caitlin, 18, going to be a college freshman. I love to write, and have written two Young Adult fiction novels. I'm working on my third right now. I also love to read, sing, meet new people and chill with my family and friends.
As far as Girl Talk goes, I just love the hilarious scrapes the girls get themselves into. I think I'm most like Katie, but my favorite books are usually Sabrina's. I've only read the first ten or so books...still trying to track down more of them.
Looking forward to meeting all of you and to having some great discussions.

In GT# 12, 'Drummer Girl', Sabrina Wells sees Randy Zak in the supermarket...

Sabrina Wells says, "Never go shopping when you're hungry."
It's a quote I almost always remember when I'm shopping and hungry... too bad I had ta brain-freeze today, huh? *find brick wall, bang head against.*

*facepalm* .../Yes, I went grocery-shopping today. No, I didn't have lunch beforehand. Yes, I am kicking myself right now. Yes, I did buy too much food. Yes, Sabs, you were completely, totally, 100% right! *shakes head at own idiocy*

Sabs is right; if you go shopping when you're hungry, chances are you'll just buy way too much food for yourself alone. Always have breakfast/lunch/tea before going grocery shopping!

Hi, I'm Nia, the main maintainer/mod of this community. We here are all about the Girl Talk series of books, by L. E. Blair. I couldn't find anywhere to write about/discuss this funky series, so I made it! Pretty soon, I will scan in and upload some cover art, hopefully from ALL the books, eventually... I've just gotta get past the really busy time at uni. Yes, I am in university, in Australia.
