Based on MSHARED-362 and MSHARED-787 Plexus Archiver add a Created-By: Plexus Archiver ${Version} which cannot be disabled. Proposal is to add JarArchiver#setMinimalDefaultManifest(boolean) and read that property when Manifest.getDefaultManifest() is called. This call requires a boolean too.
