Ticker Events.

This update introduces ticker events. Now in the application, you can add, edit or remove ticker events. Ticker event has Time, Color, and Text properties. You can add them via the Events Panel Toolbar, or via Context Menu, which can be invoked by clicking the right mouse button on the chart. The second approach is more convenient because it already sets the time to event, which corresponded to the value under the mouse cursor.
