Docker image

A pre-built docker image with this package and associated data is available at ghcr.io/ChangqingW/IgniteRNAseq:latest. To run the docker image, you can use the following command:

docker run -e PASSWORD= -p 8787:8787 ghcr.io/changqingw/igniternaseq:latest
