Thanks @gjhiggins! I guess it never made it due to me accidentally developing it on top of other edits, so it was wound back. Thanks for finding it!

I have been thinking about finalising DESCRIBE queries, to ensure we've completely implemented SPARQL 1.1 so that we're ready for SPARQL 1.2 which is coming soon. This CBD function is part of that.

I still need to learn how RDFlib "does" SPARQL: the parsing to algebra, algebra to Graph querying etc.
