Description

On block themes when "Show template" enabled in the editor, changing a page's URL slug causes the Content block to disappear from List View. After this, the page content appears gone/uneditable.

Notes:

Issue reproduces on multiple block themes themes including Twenty Twenty-Five.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Edit any page
  2. Enable "Show template" in the editor
  3. Add content to the page
  4. Change the page's URL slug in the sidebar
  5. Content block disappears from List View and content can no longer be edited
