Describe the issue

As mentioned in the title, there is no "Product version" nor "File version" embedded in the EXE file.
This is quite problematic in all those contexts where an application depends on MediaMtx and needs to ascertain that the correct MediaMtx version has been installed/distributed alongside.

Describe how to replicate the issue

  1. Right click on file in Windows, and open properties
  2. Both "Product version" and "File version" are empty
