Bad parsing of hashes in env files.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create an .env file
2. Create a compose.yaml
   services:
   test:
   image: alpine
   env_file: .env
   command: tail -f /dev/null
   container_name: test
3. Run
   docker-compose up
   docker exec test env
