This PR provide a configuration file with the recommended deep learning models enabled. Each docker image is then reproducible directly in github actions.

in the last days the GloVE embeddings URL was not available, so I changed with the huggingface repository which should be more reliable.

@kermitt2 a question, for the copyright and licence, should we enable them by default?
