Previously working rules now show notifications? (1.0.1-1 -> 1.3.0.rc-2) (original) (raw)

Hi again,

Upon upgrading from 1.0.1-1 to 1.3.0.rc-2, I find that I'm getting notifications for connections that were previously handled by rules; here's one as a concrete example:

As you can see, the notification appeared, despite there being a rule with a matching commandline & url. Presumably the way it interpreted one or the other has changed, & my rules need to be updated accordingly?
