Fix #19 via option 2: stop attempting to fetch 365 data, it'll fail as it uses more quota than available.
Also don't show the old 365 data. The JSON files are still in the repo, I'll probably remove them soon as they're out of date. Old versions can be fetched from https://github.com/hugovk/top-pypi-packages/releases.
As we now have more quota available, let's also increase the 30-day data from 4,000 to 5,000 packages.
