Add benchmarks for data transfer (original) (raw)

A benchmark suite should be added to test transfer speeds:

• Helia -> Helia
• Kubo -> Helia
• Helia -> Kubo
• Kubo -> Kubo

These should test variations in block sizes, DAG layer size, overall file size etc.

They should follow the same format and use the same testing libraries a the existing gc benchmarks.
