We have documentation for ObservationHandler, but we don't have anything about the implementation we provide: DefaultMeterObservationHandler. This came up in the context of spring-projects/spring-framework#34994. It would help other projects to have some documentation to point to as an example of the kinds of metrics that may be created from the Observation-based instrumentation they provide. Ultimately, it depends what is configured on the ObservationRegistry, however.
