• Only generate one SPDX version of SBOM based on manifestInfo parameter

• merge conflict

• remove extra change

• remove extra change

• fix null ref exception

• fix manifest info setting in unit tests

• add config sanitizer unit tests

• add default generator manifest info

• update supported manifest info

• add manifest file to excluded dir

• remove unnecessary change
