[Task]: Add support for data collection permissions in the HTTP API (original) (raw)

Description

Once we parse and store data collection permissions, we should expose them in the API. This is a prerequisite to have the frontend list these data collection permissions.

Acceptance Criteria

• Expose data collection permissions for each add-on version
