[Task]: Allow version rollback to be triggered via the API (original) (raw)

Description

Version rollback will be trigger-able via devhub, but we want to offer equivalent functionality for everything in devhub to (authenticated and authorized) API users too.

Acceptance Criteria

• Version rollback can be triggered from the API
