Pull request overview

Updates the project changelog to explicitly call out breaking changes in earlier v9 alpha releases, improving release-note clarity and consistency.

Changes:

• Add a “#### Breaking Changes” section to @mui/material@9.0.0-alpha.3 and move the relevant entry into it.
• Add “#### Breaking Changes” / “#### Changes” sections to @mui/material@9.0.0-alpha.1 and regroup entries accordingly.
