Check for radio availability

Turn Bluetooth On, Off or Restart it

Turn on:

using var radio = new HostRadio(); radio.EnableRadio();

Turn off:

using var radio = new HostRadio(); radio.DisableRadio();

Restart/reload:

using var radio = new HostRadio(); radio.RestartRadio();

Disconnect a remote device
