Reproducible Example
import pandas as pd pd.Series([1, np.nan]).astype("timedelta64[ns]")
Issue Description
Get an error IntCastingNaNError: Cannot convert non-finite values (NA or inf) to integer
Expected Behavior
Cast np.nan
as pd.NaT
