I'm not having much luck running this, particularly with Python 3.4. Slightly better luck with 2.7, but still not great. Have you gotten it running locally and sent changes to it to trigger builds? I gave you access to commit to zware/cpython's buildbot-custom branch (which is what's connected to the test instance), but realized that you can't get to the log or make changes anyway, so it won't do you much good at this point 🤦‍♂️. The test instance is currently running, though, so you can at least see what it's currently doing.

I've turned out to not have nearly as much time as I expected this weekend, so unfortunately I'm not likely to get back to this until next weekend.
