Short description

Adds the NTSV Harrier-class Ship and the NSSV Meta-class Cargo Freighter for Event use. The Harrier is a Command Shuttle, heavily NT-themed, a more robust alternative to the NT Cruiser capable of sustaining a crew of 10-20. The Meta is a bulky logistics ship with a massive cargo bay and a modest leisure and reception wing for handling business transactions on the move.

Why we need to add this

More robust shuttles for event use, each capable of sustaining a crew ranging from 10-20 in the Harrier's case, or 5-10 in the Meta's case. Recreations of Shiptest Ships.
