Short description

Adds 39 new clothing items to the game, found in loadouts, maints loot, ClothesMates, Theatre Venders, Chaplain Venders, HoHonk Dispensers, and Fashion Dispensers.

Adds many of these clothes to the Assistant loadout, alongside all colored jumpsuits / jumpskirts, for better round start customization.

Why we need to add this

Vastly expands clothing options for everyone, especially assistants. Given in a round we may have 80-100 assistants, letting people look more unique is more important. Plus, clothing is a huge aspect of character customization, which is a huge boon to roleplay.
