Reverts #1893
This revert is happening for numerous reasons that were missed in review

• The hydra does not use the same pump system the normal clake does
• The PR adds duplicate recipes for a bunch of explosives
• It was not accounted for that you cant get explosives for a stupid cheap price of like 2 gold from an emaged PROTO LATHE that you can basically find anywhere

This is a revert so its not a blocker on dev to main

honestly just removing its ability to fire explosives would fix it, make it just a utility
