Short description

Adds one new APCs to Science and one new APC to Medical.

• Chemistry APC was drawing 21kW
• The Xenoarchelogy APCs were hovering around 18kW, probably too easy to trip if Science were to put any machines in there.

Why we need to add this

Supports space-wizards/space-station-14#41377
