Short description

Adds one new APCs to Science and one new APC to Medical.

• Chemistry APC was drawing 17kW, split into two APCs
• Xenoarcheology was drawing 28kW, split into two APCs

Why we need to add this

Supports space-wizards/space-station-14#41377
