Short description

Many, many, many air vents on Starboard were GasVentPumpFreezer (air vents for freezers) instead of GasVentPump (regular air vents). This made the Atmos monitor light up every single round with dozens of warnings.

I have painstakingly fixed this.

Additionally, I've added a dedicated SMES + Substation for the PA Room that powers the PA itself and the Emitters. This should make it so that accidentally loosing by sabotaging power is much less likely.

Why we need to add this

• Atmos warnings on Starboard were hell.
• Accidental loose prevention is good.
