Short description

A fish bowl helmet, which works as an EVA helmet. Has 5% radiation resist and 5% heat resist. Appears in rare maints loot pools.

Why we need to add this

Just a fun retro scifi trope brought into SS14. People might opt to use it over the emergency EVA's toggled helmet or the normal EVA helmet item for aesthetics or the very minor stats it gets, but its rare to find.
