Short description

Bugfixes and QoL, fixing issues the community has reported and adding things they've requested.

Fixes a major issue - the Mining Ticket Machine SLVendingMachineMining was not mapped in the Mining/Salvage Bay.
Replaced the Handcuffs at the Bridge with Zipties. This is going to be a consistency thing across maps, Handcuffs are being unmapped from Bridges.
Also implements the HOS weapon spawner, see issue [Mapping] Replace manually mapped HOS WT550 with 'head of security weapon spawner' #2697

See Media for the specific fixes, they're all just easier to see visually.

fig. 1 - Ticket machine mapped. It was missing previously.

fig. 2 - There was a potted plant spawner on top of this document printer. It's been removed.

fig. 3 - I added a Jr. Pacman generator here. Engineering can give it out to a department that's lost power, or use it themselves. It's just for convenience.

fig. 4 - HOS weapon spawner mapped. This is just going to replace the manual placement of the WT550 + mags on maps. No functional difference.
