Short description

Adds RetroStation (Retrofitted Station), a new Starlight exclusive station. Based on the concept of a 'retrofitted' station, with the layout loosely inspired by DevStation (one of the oldest 13 maps) and the Lower Quarter maints/slums being based on the actual first 13 map.

60+ pop, all Starlight roles have spawns and rooms, plus reporter and boxer. Features custom stocked lockers with Ancient Jumpsuits, all the EVAs are Ancient EVAs, and Security has a Blue Armory with non-lethals and MK58s, and a Red Armory with Retro Lasers. Also features a 'DJ' room, mostly non-functional.

Why we need to add this

New High Pop Station, for playtesting right now.
