Short description

Adds many more things to the Ion Storm Ad-Lib system, including Starlight specific things like the Nullscar, Trans-Solar Federation, Blue Shield Officer, NanoTrasen Representative, Crab Juice, etc. Plus a ton of extra adjectives and verbs.

I also added JONK, Comitas, and Syndicate High Command to the potential list of Syndicate Corporations picked for round start texts.

Why we need to add this

More variety in random Ion Laws.
