Short description

This ever so slightly buffs the heat damage threshold to prevent constant status alert spam in the sidebar

Why we need to add this

The sidebar spam is annoying when you are wearing a hardsuit, and has come along due to changes related to space-wizards/space-station-14#36062. Yes this is a slight buff, but its still lower than moths.
