Short description
Rebalancing Elite Suit slightly.
- Blunt - 50% (old) / 30% (new)
- Slash - 50% (old) / 30% (new)
- Pierce - 50% (old) / 40% (new)
- Heat - 80% (old and new)
- Radiation - 99% (old and new)
- Caustic - 50% (old and new)
- Movement Speed - 100% (old and new)
Why we need to add this
A while back, we buffed it hard to make it equivalent to the Jugg suit, which has the same cost as it, but it's been a little tooooo prevalent since then. This change preserves most of their strength, giving them one real weakness- melee. Elite suit has no slowdown, you can get in and out of any fight you want. But now, if you play stupid and rush in, position badly, crew's improvised weaponry like knives and baseball bats will hurt. Don't get in melee range idiot.

- tweak: Elite Suit - Blunt/Slash Resist reduced to 30%, Pierce Resist reduced to 40%. Use having no slowdown to dodge and avoid melee. If you position yourself badly enough that crew is beating you with bats, you deserve to die.
