Short description

Adds two new items, both steal objectives. RD's Diploma, and CMO's Medical License.

Why we need to add this

More small object steal objectives. RD's only possible traitor objective is the Hardsuit, which is a huge item. Plus the RP potential for plans like discrediting the RD by stealing their Diploma and claiming they have no higher education, or stealing the CMO's license and getting an IAA to sue them for malpractice, is really funny.
