Describe the bug
Timeshift skips some hourly backup.
I've set to keep 24 backups, but timeshift skips some backups as you can see from this list of hourly snapshots:

It seems to skips a snapshot if the previous one has required more than one second.

Expected behavior
I expect that every hour a snapshot is made
