Container and Package List UI Polish - Condense spacing to match Issues

Release notes

Design is very important to us at GitLab. We all have to work in the app throughout the day, so why not make it a pleasant experience. You know what's not pleasant, inconsistent design. You may have noticed that the spacing in the Package and Container registries is different than the rest of the app. And if you are like us, it made your eye twitch a little.

Well, we have addressed that. You can now rest assured that you will not see inconsistent spacing when viewing your registries.

Problem to solve

The spacing between each line of a list item in the Container Registry and Package registry is too large, especially when compared with the issues list item example.
