[feature] Add permalink to mail message to the footer when delivering email

This is probably the wrong place to open an issue because I think hyperkitty is the front end for the web app and not actually the code that sends the mails. Either way this should spawn some discussion about this possible feature.

I'd love for the emails that get delivered to email clients to include a permalink to that message in the archive. This would be great for instances when you are trying to share a mail with someone and you are using your email client to locate the mail first. So with the link in the message all we have to do is find the email in our inbox and then copy/paste the link to who we want to share it with.
