Who We Are

Founded in 2002, The David McAntony Gibson Foundation, known as GlobalMedic, is a respected Canadian charity. We are dedicated to providing people affected by poverty, disaster or conflict with humanitarian aid and it all started with a big idea: Revolutionize aid delivery to have the greatest impact and most efficiency.

For more than twenty years, GlobalMedic has been dedicated to this goal. We work hard to give important aid to people who are in urgent need. Our goal is to give the right aid to the right people at the right time.

Our efforts are fueled by a team of professional humanitarians and dedicated volunteers. Together, we make sure our help reaches the heart of communities that need it most. This brings real relief and support at times of crisis.

At GlobalMedic, we always look for new and better ways to do things. We believe in being creative and using money wisely. We come up with new ideas and try new things, like our award-winning RescUAV program. We're always moving forward and finding different ways to connect with fellow Canadians and make a bigger impact.
