not exactly short enough for the community but my best friend ugly_boy is about 6'8" so i am dwarfed (er, gnomed) on a regular basis by himalso why is david the gnome harassing that poor bird :(

a lot of people think that being short is just FUNNY and CUTE and not a serious problem but little do they know of the struggle i endure every day as a gnomethe tall privilege checklist:- can you go to an amusement park or carnival assured that you will be able to go on any ride you'd like?- are you able to be in the presence of others who will not pat you on the head as if you were a house pet?- can you walk into a kitchen without fearing that you might not be able to reach the cupboard?- can you go to a concert confident that you will be able to see over mostly everyone's head?- can you go to a concert confident that you will not be accidentally pushed against the floor by a group of taller people?- is your height widely represented in political office?- does your doctor ever fib after measuring you to make you feel better, but you see them write a different, shorter height on the form?- can you find pants with an appropriate inseam in regular clothing stores?- does your height correlate with your age?these are just a few of the many
