Seattle's Best gingerbread latte Tastes like gingerbread, not gingerbread-flavored sugar sauce. If you could catch the gingerbread man and turn him into caffeinated creamy broth, then top it with whipped cream and sprinkles and a tiny little still-soft gingerbread man mini-me, you'd have this. Beats the ever living snot out of the gingerbread latte at Starbucks, at Tullys, at every other coffee place I've tried one so far.

ipod nano In the story in my head, the ipod nano came about because the people responsible for the ipod shuffle were thrown into the deepest dungeon on the Apple campus, there to rot until they could turn a pile of discarded ipod parts into a product that actually had some redeeming value. They will win design awards and shares in the company, which will then be taken away by a horrible little imp unless they can guess his 128-bit ASCII password.

Utopia by St. Thomas More in ~1518 More's masturbatory fantasies about how great a nation could be if composed of perfect christian communists. Around page 90 I threw the book across the room for lack of anything better to do with it.

McDonald's Since McDonald's is accepting credit cards, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll adopt the slogan, "Eat now, pay later." At least the irony would be delicious.

bugs Mosquitoes are metallic, iridescent, stripey, and enchantingly angular. Flies look nasty as heck; it's the way they're always rubbing their hands together.

Heinz Tomato Ketchup ...Contains Upside-Down Ketchup. You know how you always have to shake the ketchup bottle to get it to come out and then it spurts and ends up all over everything? No more! Of course the bottle is prone to falling over in the fridge. O well.
