Sirius (original) (raw)

After a tough DADA lesson, Sirius could not be bothered to go on to Divination. Such a mind-numbing lesson could push him over the edge (or at least whack Pettigrew until the boy passed out). He hung at the back of the group making their way to the Astronomy Tower, and then slipped off towards the grounds before anyone could notice he was gone.

Sirius couldn't stop thinking about Remus. Ever since the morning of the "incident" (or the "almost incident") he couldn't get the boy out of his mind. He'd had the stupid bet with Evans, and now he'd lose because he was so infatuated and also because Evans was a bitch.

Wait, did he just admit that he was infatuated with Remus?

This wasn't good. He sighed as he made his way towards the tree under which they usually sat in the summer. It was good for sitting under alone in the winter too, he'd found, if you needed to think about things. The trunk was so thick that it hid you from view of anyone in the school.

But Sirius didn't expect to see someone sitting there, staring out over the grounds.
