Cooking Light Magazine is a good source for recipes lately. Many issues have recipes in them that would cost me a small fortune to get the ingrediants in for making it but the past few issues have yeilded some real gems for healthy but yummy meals that look and taste like 5 star restaurant meals.
Ancho Chicken Tacos is one I'm going to try this weekend.
